Error Codes and Explanations

**LCD Display: Error Code - Description - Error Resolution**

1. **Er00 - DC_BUS pre-Charge fail**
- **Explanation**: The device is in softstart mode, but no stable charge voltage was detected on the DC bus after 2 seconds.
- **Resolution**:
1. Disconnect all FV (+) or FV (-) attachments.
2. Wait a few seconds.
3. After the LCD display turns off, restore the connection and recheck.
4. If the error reoccurs, contact your dealer.

2. **Er03 - Inverter voltage abnormal**
- **Explanation**: The output voltage is incorrect.

3. **Er07 - DC_BUS over-voltage**
- **Explanation**: The internal DC bus voltage is out of tolerance.

4. **Er08 - DC_BUS under-voltage**

5. **Er19 - DC_BUS discharge failure**
- **Explanation**: The DC bus capacitors do not discharge correctly.
- **Resolution**: Same as Er00.

6. **Er22 - Output Relay fail**
- **Explanation**: Fault in the photovoltaic inverter's output relay.

7. **Er24 - Output current sense fail**
- **Explanation**: Fault in measuring the output current.

8. **Er25 - BOOSTER_A over-current**
- **Explanation**: The current in the DC network is higher than expected.

9. **Er26 - BOOSTER_B over-current**

10. **Er29 - PV inverter output DC current over spec.**
- **Explanation**: Too high a percentage of DC current in the photovoltaic inverter's output.

11. **Er06 - EPO**
- **Explanation**: The photovoltaic inverter is in "Emergency Power Off" mode.
- **Resolution**:
5. Disconnect the EPO attachment.
6. If the error reoccurs, contact your dealer.

12. **Er09 - PV inverter over-current**
- **Explanation**: Overcurrent on the AC side. The current in the AC network is higher than expected.
- **Resolution**:
7. Turn off the photovoltaic inverter, check the AC system peripheral configuration and network type.
8. If the error reoccurs, contact your dealer.

13. **Er11 - PV inverter over-load**
- **Explanation**: Overload on the AC side. The AC network load is higher than expected.

14. **Er13 - PV inverter short-circuit**

15. **Er14 - PV inverter PLL failure**
- **Explanation**: The photovoltaic inverter is not in phase with the electric grid.

16. **Er10 - PV inverter over temperature**
- **Explanation**: The internal temperature is too high.
- **Resolution**:
9. Try to reduce the ambient temperature.
10. Install the photovoltaic inverter in a cooler location.
11. If the error reoccurs, contact your dealer.

17. **Er18 - Heatsink over temperature**

18. **Er01 - Ground fault**
- **Explanation**: The fault current has reached the upper limit allowed.
- **Resolution**: Same as Er00.

19. **Er17 - EEPROM ERROR on the control board**
- **Explanation**: Error in EEPROM data.
- **Resolution**:
15. Contact your dealer.

20. **AL00 - Utility Voltage Over-Voltage**
- **Explanation**: The network voltage is higher or lower than the allowed value.
- **Resolution**:
16. Wait 5 minutes. If the network voltage returns to normal, the photovoltaic inverter will start automatically.
17. Check the network connection (cables and terminals).
18. Ensure that the network voltage and frequency match the prescribed values.
19. If the error reoccurs, contact your dealer.
