What payment methods do we accept?

We only accept payment via bank transfer to our company's account after you receive the proforma invoice. This payment method ensures security and reliability for our customers. Please make sure you have the ability to make a bank transfer before placing an order. Please note that the prices listed on the website do not include VAT.

What is the cost of delivery?

Are there any warranties for our products?

Our solar inverter units come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. We guarantee the functionality and operability of the inverter at the time of its shipment, as each device undergoes a thorough inspection before being dispatched.

It is important to note that the warranty solely covers defects and malfunctions that may occur during the operation of the inverter. However, please be aware that the warranty does not extend to cases of network overvoltage or damage to the inverter due to lightning strikes, as these are external factors beyond our control.

In the event of any defects or malfunctions within the warranty period, we commit to replacing or repairing the faulty product in accordance with our warranty policy. The warranty also extends to components and internal circuit boards, and in the event of their failure, they will be replaced under warranty. Additionally, it should be clarified that a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase applies separately to internal circuit boards, components, and repair kits for inverters that were ordered separately. In case of any defects or malfunctions during the specified period, we guarantee the replacement of these components in accordance with the terms of our warranty policy.

In which cases is it possible to return an item?

We offer the option of exchanging a product within 30 days from the date of its receipt. If you have any questions or need to initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service department, and we will provide you with the necessary assistance in this matter.
